Terms and Conditions

Bookings
1. Appointments for any fittingss must be made by an adult who is over the age of 21 years old.
2. Company policies are that Prom Dress fittings must be with an adult over the age of 21 years.
3. For fittings we can only allow the person coming plus two guests maximum.
4. If an adult is bringing a small child please be aware the fitting can take up to one hour.

Photographs
 
1. Photographs are not permitted, unless the dress is purchased.

Purchases
1. The House of Sparkle do not give exchanges or refunds as we have carefully fitted the dress.

2. The House of Sparkle promises not to sell the chosen design to any customer attending the same event if known.
